You agree that you will not engage in any conduct that is, or could reasonably be considered to be:

• abusive, threatening, harassing, discriminatory, or otherwise offensive to guests, staff, or third parties;
• unsafe, including excessive intoxication, aggressive behaviour, or refusal to comply with lawful directions of our staff or security;
• cheating, collusion, or other improper behaviour in connection with offline poker games, tournaments, or gaming-related activities; or
• in breach of any applicable law, licence condition, or venue policy, including any dress code or photography rules.

We strongly support responsible gaming practices and encourage all guests to approach poker and gaming as a form of entertainment, not a means of income. We may, at our sole discretion:

• refuse entry, remove, or refuse service to any person who appears intoxicated, underage, disruptive, or not complying with these standards;
• exclude individuals from poker tournaments, cash-style social poker evenings, or VIP areas where misconduct or policy breaches occur; and
