These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the FeltAndFlamee website and your engagement with our restaurant, poker tournaments, VIP memberships, and onsite services in Australia.
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (Terms) govern your use of the FeltAndFlamee website located at https://feltandflamee.com/ (Site) and your access to our restaurant, poker, VIP membership, events, and related hospitality services (collectively, Services). By accessing, browsing, or using this Site, or by making a reservation or enquiry through it, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Site or proceed with any reservation, membership application, or tournament registration through the Site.
2. Eligibility & Acceptance
To use this Site and to participate in any poker, VIP, or nightlife activities promoted by FeltAndFlamee, you must:
- be at least 18 years of age or the minimum legal age for participating in gaming and licensed hospitality activities in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher; and
- have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws of Australia and your place of residence.
By accessing or using the Site, making a reservation, or attending our venue, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements. You also agree that any information you provide to us via the Site is true, accurate, complete, and not misleading.
Your continued use of the Site following any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
3. Australian Regulatory Compliance
FeltAndFlamee operates as a high-end Australian restaurant and private poker venue. Our operations are conducted in accordance with all applicable Australian laws, regulations, and hospitality licensing standards, including (where applicable):
- state and territory liquor licensing and hospitality legislation;
- gaming and tournament regulations relevant to offline poker and social gaming;
- work health and safety obligations; and
- consumer law obligations, including the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
We are committed to responsible service of alcohol and responsible gaming practices at our venue. Entry, participation in poker events, service of alcohol, and access to VIP areas may be subject to proof-of-age checks, membership validation, and compliance with any venue rules or licensing conditions in force from time to time.
4. Reservations & Bookings
FeltAndFlamee offers reservations for gourmet dining, private dining rooms, offline poker tournaments, social poker evenings, and special events. All reservations and bookings made via the Site, by phone, or in person are subject to confirmation and venue availability.
By placing a reservation request, you acknowledge and agree that:
- a reservation is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation from us (for example, via email, SMS, or other written communication);
- specific seating requests, table locations, or tournament preferences cannot be guaranteed, but we will use reasonable efforts to accommodate them where possible; and
- you are responsible for ensuring that all information provided in your reservation is accurate, including the date, time, party size, and any special requirements.
Cancellations, modifications, and no-show policies apply to all reservations. Details of these policies, including any cancellation fees or minimum spend requirements, will be stated in your confirmation email or otherwise communicated to you at the time of booking. Where applicable, we reserve the right to:
- release your table or tournament seat if you arrive late beyond a specified grace period;
- apply a cancellation or no-show charge to the payment method supplied; and
- require a deposit or prepayment for special events, large groups, or exclusive-use reservations.

5. VIP Membership Program
FeltAndFlamee may offer a VIP membership program providing enhanced benefits, preferred access to poker tournaments, exclusive lounges, premium dining experiences, and invitations to members-only events.
By applying for or holding a VIP membership, you acknowledge and agree that:
- membership eligibility, tiers, benefits, pricing, and inclusions are determined by FeltAndFlamee at its sole discretion and may change from time to time;
- all memberships are personal to the approved member, strictly non-transferable, and may not be sold, assigned, or shared with any other person; and
- proof of identity and age verification may be required to activate or use membership benefits at the venue.
FeltAndFlamee reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to approve, decline, suspend, or revoke any VIP membership (or access to specific membership benefits) where we believe that:
- a member has breached these Terms or any separate membership conditions;
- a member has engaged in inappropriate, aggressive, unlawful, or unsafe conduct at or in connection with our venue; or
- it is reasonably necessary to protect the safety, comfort, or privacy of other guests, staff, or stakeholders.
Additional or program-specific terms may apply to particular membership tiers, benefits, or promotions and will be notified at the time of enrolment or renewal. For more information, please refer to our Membership page.
6. Conduct & Responsible Gaming
FeltAndFlamee is designed as a sophisticated, respectful, and inclusive environment that combines fine dining with offline poker entertainment and nightlife experiences. We expect all guests and members to behave in a courteous and responsible manner at all times while on the premises or participating in our events.
You agree that you will not engage in any conduct that is, or could reasonably be considered to be:
- abusive, threatening, harassing, discriminatory, or otherwise offensive to guests, staff, or third parties;
- unsafe, including excessive intoxication, aggressive behaviour, or refusal to comply with lawful directions of our staff or security;
- cheating, collusion, or other improper behaviour in connection with offline poker games, tournaments, or gaming-related activities; or
- in breach of any applicable law, licence condition, or venue policy, including any dress code or photography rules.
We strongly support responsible gaming practices and encourage all guests to approach poker and gaming as a form of entertainment, not a means of income. We may, at our sole discretion:
- refuse entry, remove, or refuse service to any person who appears intoxicated, underage, disruptive, or not complying with these standards;
- exclude individuals from poker tournaments, cash-style social poker evenings, or VIP areas where misconduct or policy breaches occur; and
- take any steps required or permitted by law to support responsible service of alcohol and responsible gaming.
